Fast Start Bonuses are paid in cash the following Friday, not on a paycheck, in your hand:
- Sell 3 cars by the 6th - $375 cash
- Sell 6 cars by the 12th - $625 cash
- Sell 3 cars by the 18th - $375 cash
- Sell 6 cars by the 24th - $625 cash
- Sell 6 cars from the 25th to end of month - $2,000 cash
- Hat Trick (3 cars Sold in a Day) - $200 cash
Hit every milestone in a month and you add over $4,000 on top of your commission. Our producers do this, not as a highlight reel moment, but as a regular month.
The schedule: This is the part that changes everything
