WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

Identify opportunities for business expansion, and develop and manage relationships in strategic markets and accounts that further business development activity.

Target and facilitate contact with major prospective customers, in new or existing accounts.

Target, manage and develop sales opportunities.

Provide leadership to sales organization in developing strategic opportunities and business relationships.

Help develop and execute selling strategies.
-
Ensure smooth transitions of account management to appropriate account management parties after account relationships are properly established.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
This position requires:

A bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Requires at least 5 years related experience.

Expert abilities with building relationships, listening, persuading, negotiating and managing time.

Strong understanding of the HVAC and Multifamily industries, including emerging trends and regulations.

Knowledge of principles and methods for showing, promoting, and selling products or services. This includes marketing strategy and tactics, product demonstration, sales techniques, and sales processes.

Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer service. This includes customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction.

Effective written and verbal communication.

Ability to use Microsoft Office and Customer Relationship Management software.
