Requirements:
- Must be highly proficient operating a wheel loader with a rake attachment.
- Experience with land clearing, site development, and debris management preferred.
- Ability to efficiently rake, sort, and load vegetation, brush, and construction debris.
- Must be able to work safely in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliable transportation and a strong work ethic are required.
- Ability to perform daily equipment inspections and report maintenance issues.
- Must be dependable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team.
