Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and innovative TikTok Content Creator & Operations Specialist to elevate our brand presence across social media platforms, with a primary focus on TikTok. In this role, you will craft engaging, trend-driven content that resonates with our target audience while managing day-to-day operations to optimize content performance. Your creativity, strategic mindset, and analytical skills will drive brand awareness, foster community engagement, and support our digital marketing goals. Responsibilities:
- Plan, script, film, and edit short-form video content for TikTok.
- Develop high-converting TikTok content matrices based on user pain points, product selling points, and platform content trends.
- Continuously optimize video scripts, opening hooks, pacing, and visual presentation to improve 3-second retention, completion rate, engagement rate, and conversion performance.
- Produce product demos, lifestyle scenes, reviews, seeding videos, and conversion-driven content based on product promotion and content operation needs.
- Stay up to date with TikTok trends, content formats, filming styles, music, hashtags, and platform rules, and apply them to daily content creation.
- Support TikTok account content scheduling, publishing, and basic content operations.
- Track video performance, including views, completion rate, engagement rate, click-through rate, and conversion performance, and continuously optimize content direction based on data insights.
- Collaborate with content operations, product, and marketing teams to improve content quality and production efficiency.
- Create short-form video content across categories such as health, fitness, lifestyle, beauty, personal care, and consumer electronics.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or above.
- 1+ year of experience in content operations, short-form video operations, social media content creation, or branded video production.
- English can be used as a working language; Spanish proficiency is a plus.
- Majors in directing, cinematography, screenwriting, film production, media, advertising, marketing, or related fields are preferred.
- Experience in TikTok, short-form video platforms, or TikTok Shop content operations is preferred.
- Experience with TikTok Shop content-driven commerce, with familiarity in e-commerce short-form videos or livestream content operations.
- Strong sensitivity and curiosity toward video assets, content trends, and user interests. Familiarity with social media platforms, especially viral video formats on TikTok, is preferred.
- Strong visual taste, content judgment, and creative thinking, with the ability to propose content ideas suitable for TikTok.
- Solid skills in scriptwriting, filming, editing, and content packaging, with the ability to complete short-form videos from concept to final delivery.
- Able to analyze content performance from a data perspective, including views, completion rate, engagement rate, click-through rate, and conversion performance, and continuously optimize content direction based on the analysis.
- Strong communication and on-site execution skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with models during shoots and clearly convey shooting requirements, script details, and desired visual performance.
- Strong execution and teamwork skills.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in TikTok livestream operations, including pre-live preparation, live session support, post-live data review, and content traffic-driving strategies is a plus.
- Existing TikTok creator resources or experience in creator collaborations, content co-creation, UGC/KOL/KOC projects is preferred.
- Experience in the health, fitness, personal care, beauty, or consumer electronics industries is a plus.
- Experience creating viral self-produced short-form videos, or independently planning and driving videos with strong views, engagement, or conversion performance, is a plus.
