Provide guidance, support, and supervision to youth in a residential setting.
Help create a positive and nurturing environment that promotes growth and success.
Build positive relationships with youth, families, and treatment team members.
Participate in Child and Family Team (CFT) meetings and treatment planning.
Support youth in developing healthy coping skills, decision-making skills, and independent living skills.
Respond appropriately to behavioral and emotional crises.
Ensure the safety, well-being, and dignity of all youth in our care.

Bachelor's degree in Human Services, Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, Education, or a related field.
Experience working with youth, adolescents, or families.
Experience in residential, behavioral health, education, mentoring, or human services settings.
Knowledge of trauma-informed care, crisis intervention, ADHD, Autism Spectrum Disorder, or positive behavior supports.
Have a passion for helping youth succeed.
Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Are dependable, coachable, and willing to learn.
Can remain calm and professional during challenging situations.
We operate 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Team members should be willing to work a flexible schedule that may include evenings, weekends, holidays, and occasional overnight shifts. We work together to ensure coverage while maintaining a healthy team environment.
Valid North Carolina Driver's License with a satisfactory driving record.
Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
Ability to safely respond to emergency situations when necessary.
