We Whiten is a corporate-owned teeth whitening studio chain with locations across Texas and beyond. We don't do dental. We do premium, in-studio whitening treatments — fast, effective, and built for repeat clients. Our Studio Partners don't just work here. They run the business.
What you'll actually be doing
- Running the studio floor — upselling memberships & selling products, whitening services, day-to-day operations. You are the experience.
- Growing memberships and recurring revenue — our top partners know how to close on the first visit and retain clients long-term.
- Leading 1–2 Junior Studio Partners — coaching, setting the standard. If they're off, that's on you to fix.
- Hitting your scorecard — we measure Membership Revenue, Product Sales, Client Experience, Retention, and Referrals. Your compensation grows as your numbers grow.
Our best Studio Partners come from:
- Membership sales — fitness clubs, wellness studios, med spas, laser/aesthetic clinics
- Subscription and recurring revenue environments — wireless, timeshare, vacation ownership
- High pressure sales — automotive, solar, home services, insurance
- Studio or store management — you've led a floor, managed a small team, owned a P&L
The pattern isn't the industry — it's the mindset. You're hungry, you take ownership, and you don't need someone standing over you to perform.
What we're looking for
- 2+ years of commission-based sales experience — you've been measured on numbers and you're proud of them
- Experience closing memberships or recurring services — you understand lifetime value, not just the first sale
- Team leadership — you've managed, coached, or mentored at least one other person
- Client-first presence — you're the kind of person clients remember and come back for
- Self-starter — you don't wait to be told. You see what needs to happen and you make it happen.
