Our team is expanding in the San Diego market, and we are actively hiring a AT&T Wireless Representative to represent industry-leading telecommunications services in a face-to-face setting. This AT&T Wireless Representative role focuses on engaging with customers directly, educating them on available wireless solutions, and completing new customer enrollments.
As a AT&T Wireless Representative, you will serve as the direct point of contact between customers and cutting-edge wireless products and services. The AT&T Wireless Representative will guide potential customers through available plans, devices, and promotions while delivering a professional and personalized experience.
AT&T Wireless Representative Responsibilities
- Engage with prospective customers in person to introduce AT&T products and services
- Present and explain wireless plans, devices, and promotions in a clear and professional manner
- Identify customer needs and recommend tailored solutions
- Complete new enrollments and process sales transactions
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of AT&T offerings and promotions
- Build and maintain positive customer relationships
- Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets
- Collaborate with AT&T Wireless Representative team members and leadership to drive overall performance
AT&T Wireless Representative Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous experience in sales, retail, or customer service is preferred but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment
- Self-motivated with a competitive mindset
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliable transportation to local work locations
Pay: $1,000.00 - $1,450.00 per week
