Location: Adult Bars and Gentlemen's Clubs.
Guard Card Certification, Miltary, Martial arts background a plus. Must have a strong ability to defuse/deescalate situations in a bar setting.
Responsibilities Working the door/register and search.
- Monitor premises to prevent theft, violence, or infractions of rules
- Must have own means of reliable transportation.
- Must be able to work & stand for long hours
- Must be punctual.
- Must be customer-service oriented.
- Must be able to de-escalate and problem solve effectively.
- Warn violators of premise rules and regulations
- Be willing and able to escort individuals who can't act accordingly in a bar setting.
- Operate POS and cash handling
- Make announcements and play the music requested by dancers that align with the crowd.
- Knowledge of technical equipment such as sound systems, microphones and speakers.
- Interact and have good sense of humor with the public.
- Pat down & search.
- Complete closing duties and help other employees as needed.
- Attire is all black.
Shifts Available: 6:30- Closing Monday – Sunday and some 11:30am – 7pm as needed.
Weekends a must.
