Position Overview
The Administrator will oversee the daily operations, clinical coordination, staff performance, compliance, and overall success of the branch. This individual will work closely with leadership to ensure operational efficiency, exceptional patient outcomes, regulatory compliance, and continued office growth.
The ideal candidate is a strong leader who thrives in a fast-paced healthcare environment and understands how to balance patient care, team management, and operational performance. An active RN license is strongly preferred.
Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the home health branch
- Lead and support clinical and administrative staff
- Ensure compliance with Medicare, state, federal, and agency regulations
- Monitor branch performance, productivity, and quality metrics
- Partner with clinical leadership to maintain excellent patient outcomes and satisfaction
- Drive operational efficiency and accountability across the office
- Assist with recruitment, onboarding, coaching, and retention of staff
- Manage scheduling workflows and office coordination
- Review reports, KPIs, and operational data to improve branch performance
- Ensure timely and accurate documentation and billing processes
- Build and maintain strong relationships with referral sources and community partners
- Support company growth initiatives and census development efforts
- Maintain a positive culture focused on teamwork, professionalism, and high-quality patient care
- Participate in interviews and hiring decisions for branch staff
Qualifications
- Previous leadership or management experience within home health is required
- Administrator, Clinical Manager, Director of Nursing, or similar leadership background preferred
- Active RN license strongly preferred
- Strong understanding of Medicare guidelines and home health regulations
- Experience managing clinical teams and office operations
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and growth-oriented environment
- Knowledge of EMR systems and operational reporting
- Proven ability to improve processes, accountability, and team performance
