Strataband Solutions, a sales and development firm, is seeking a Client Outreach Representative to guide Plano clients through the benefits of LeafGuard’s gutter protection. The Client Outreach Representative’s ability to connect with clients and present LeafGuard as a smart investment will generate sales opportunities, foster client trust, and create lasting sales relationships.
As a full-time Client Outreach Representative, you'll help clients understand that not all gutter protection is created equal. You'll explain how LeafGuard's one-piece seamless system has no seams to leak and no gaps for debris to sneak through. The Client Outreach Representative will then determine whether a property qualifies for a full sales consultation by looking for signs of water damage, clogged downspouts, or gutters pulling away from the fascia.
Role Responsibilities for a Client Outreach Representative
- Connect with Plano residents to educate them on the risks of clogged gutters, positioning LeafGuard as the solution for preventing costly home repairs.
- Present LeafGuard’s features and benefits in a clear, non-technical way, focusing on how it eliminates maintenance and protects their home.
- Help clients visualize the impact of LeafGuard by using before-and-after examples and success stories from satisfied clients.
- Identify upsell opportunities by recommending additional LeafGuard accessories or premium features that enhance their gutter protection system.
- Work closely with the sales team to refine outreach strategies, ensuring every interaction maximizes sales potential and client satisfaction.
- Track and analyze client feedback to improve outreach efforts, using insights to tailor sales approaches and address common concerns.
Qualities of a Client Outreach Representative
- Experience in sales or client support is a plus but not mandatory.
- Ability to stay organized and maintain accurate appointment details.
- Team-oriented that supports shared outreach goals and overall sales performance.
- Adaptable in different environments while maintaining strong outreach and sales engagement.
Pay: $55,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
