Telemarketing Sales Representative
Location: Pompano Beach, FL (On-site)
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 10:30 AM to 7:30 PM; Saturday, 10:30 AM to 5:00 PM
Industry: Vacation Sales / Travel
Compensation: $520 weekly draw against commission, plus 15% commission on closed deals generated from your qualified transfers
Worxweb Solutions is hiring for a vacation sales team in Pompano Beach. This role is a strong fit for someone who communicates clearly, stays organized, and wants to build a path into a Sales Closer position. You will make outbound calls, introduce vacation package offers, qualify interested customers, and transfer sales-ready prospects to the closing team.
What you’ll do

Make outbound calls using a structured script and company-provided lead flow

Introduce vacation package offers and answer initial customer questions

Qualify interested prospects and transfer engaged customers to closers

Track call outcomes and maintain accurate notes and follow-up records

Follow company procedures for customer communication and outbound calling
