Position: Customer Service Agent ( Full-Time)
Hours: 30-40 hours per week
Pay: $12/hr to start, with increases throughout the first year, transitioning to a performance-based model
Location: Remote (Available for residents of IA, TX and TN )
Start Date: Mid-August
Requirements:
- One weekend shift REQUIRED
- Reliable high-speed internet with the ability to be hardwired.
- Must be able to attend full-time day training for 9 weeks.
- Work shifts after training fall with in the following hours: 6am- 9pm CST

Responsibilities:
- Respond to inbound calls in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist customers by answering questions and inquiries about products and services.
- Troubleshoot issues and address questions related to orders placed by customers.
- Follow up with customers to ensure they have received quality customer service.
- Complete after-call information and data entry to the system.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year experience in a Customer Service role
- Must currently reside in the following states: IA or TN.
- Ability to efficiently navigate and utilize multiple systems within a desktop computer environment with multiple screens and applications while providing real-time customer support
- High School Diploma
