General Labor - Draft Line Technician
Position Summary
We are a leading beverage system installation and service company in the Phoenix area seeking a service-driven Draft Line Technician to support our on-premise customers. This role is responsible for draught system service, installation, maintenance, and customer support, while ensuring high-quality performance and customer satisfaction. The position may also assist with special event setup and execution.
This is a hands-on, customer-facing role ideal for individuals who enjoy working independently, solving problems, and delivering excellent service in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities

Provide responsive, professional service to on-premise accounts and communicate effectively with customer staff

Install, clean, maintain, and troubleshoot draught beverage systems and lines

Diagnose and repair non-functioning or poor-pouring draught systems in compliance with state guidelines

Complete draught line installations and routine service calls

Maintain and manage inventory of draught knobs, service equipment, and special event materials

Manage and maintain company vehicle, tools, and service equipment

Track and document service activities, logs, and required reporting

Prioritize and manage multiple service requests independently while communicating daily progress and needs to management

Perform other duties as assigned
Minimum Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent

At least 21 years of age

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

Willingness to learn through provided training

Strong communication and customer service skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines

Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating instructions, and maintenance procedures

Sound judgment, problem-solving, and analytical skills

Mechanical and technical aptitude

Experience in beverage system installation or service
Physical Requirements

Frequently sit, stand, walk, bend, squat, kneel, and reach

Regularly climb into and out of a company vehicle
