Under the direction of the Small Business Development Center (SBDC) Director, this position provides business advising services in response to county-wide needs. Incumbents are specialized in small business assistance and advising. The position will be based at a Coconino Community College campus in Page or Flagstaff. Travel throughout Coconino County is required. This is a grant-funded position, and continued employment is contingent upon the availability of funding.

Salary & Benefits:

Anticipated Hiring Range: $50,806 - $62,999/annual - depending on education and experience

Cafeteria Plan: In addition to the base compensation, benefits-eligible employees receive an extra $6,720 per year to put toward benefit costs or to be used as additional take-home pay

Paid Holidays: 21 (including a full week off between Christmas and New Year’s Day and over Spring Break)

Vacation & Sick Leave: Approximately 17 paid vacation days & 9 paid sick leave days accrued annually

Preferred
Experience as a Business Analyst or Advisor, preferably within a Small Business Development Center. Bachelor's or Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Marketing, or other related field.

The employee is frequently required to sit; use hands and fingers to handle, or feel, and reach with hands and arms. The employee is occasionally required to stand and walk and must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision and ability to adjust focus. The position requires a valid driver’s license and ability to travel as needed, which may include overnight travel.
