Polaris Surgery Center is seeking an experienced and motivated Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) or Surgical Technologist (ST) to join our outstanding clinical team. About the Role:
The Surgical Technologist works alongside our surgeons, nurses, and clinical staff to provide safe, efficient care for our surgical patients. Responsibilities include assisting with preoperative setup, sterile field maintenance, instrumentation, and procedural support during cases.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited Surgical Technologist program
- CST certification preferred (required for CST role)
- BLS certification (or completion within 90 days of hire)
- Prior OR experience required, orthopedics strongly preferred
- Strong knowledge of sterile technique and surgical instrumentation
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
