Prestige Concept LLC is a rapidly growing FMCG distributor working with 4,000+ retail stores across 25 states. We work with 7,000+ stores — from neighborhood delis to major chains like C-Town Supermarkets, Foodtown, Key Food, Food Bazar, Lotte, — and we continue to open new regions every quarter.
We are hiring Field Sales Representatives for an active, outside sales role involving daily store visits and client development.
What You’ll Do:
- Visit 10–15 stores daily (field-based role)
- Work with existing clients and grow accounts
- Open new stores and develop new business
- Manage orders and expand product placement
- Update CRM and track performance
Requirements:
- Driver’s license & personal vehicle (required)
- Comfortable with daily travel and in-person sales
- Sales experience is a plus
- English (B2+); Russian/Spanish is a plus
Compensation & Benefits:
- Average monthly earnings: $6,000–$8,000+ (base + commission)
- 1099 or W-2 options ( bi-weekly pay)
- Gas reimbursement (after training)
