Responsibilities

- Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately for transactions, including cash handling and credit card processing
- Assist customers with product demos, upselling, and answering questions about merchandise
- Maintain attractive product displays through merchandising and stock replenishment
- Stock shelves, organize inventory, and ensure the store is clean and well-organized
- Support in conducting inventory counts and managing stock levels efficiently
- Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette when assisting customers over the phone or via online inquiries
- Promote store promotions and upselling opportunities to maximize sales
- Assist with cashiering duties, including basic math calculations for transactions and returns
- Engage in basic grocery store operations if applicable, ensuring safety and cleanliness standards are met
Qualifications
- Previous retail sales or cashiering experience preferred but not required; training provided for the right candidate
- Strong communication skills with the ability to connect with diverse customers
- Bilingual abilities are a plus to serve a broader customer base effectively
- Experience with POS systems, merchandising, stocking, or product demos is advantageous
- Demonstrated ability to handle cash handling accurately and perform basic math calculations
