Path 1: Restorative ER Track
For experienced ER doctors who want time back without leaving emergency medicine.
Path 2: Mentor-Leader Track
For experienced ER doctors who want to teach and shape the next generation.
Lead and mentor new ER doctors and develop a structured ER Training Pathway
Case reviews, skills development, progressive autonomy
Collaborate with board-certified surgeons and anesthesiology
What You’ll Get (Both Paths)
$150K–$240K base + production

Who This Is For
