Job Description
Part-Time front desk customer service representative to deliver exceptional service to members, guests and program participants and ensure safety for all members.
Available Shifts

Tuesday 6-10pm

Wednesday 6-10pm

Thursday 6-10pm

Saturday 3-8pm
Qualifications
-
Excellent interpersonal, phone and problem solving skills

Previous customer service, sale or related experience required

Proficient in Microsoft Office

Fun, friendly and flexible individual

Willing to work as a team player
Responsibilities

Responds to member and guest needs contributing to member retention

Promotes memberships and programs

Build relationships with members; helps members connect with one another and the YMCA

Circulate throughout building ensuring safety of members and building member relations.
Rate of Pay
$11.65/hour (Commensurate with experience)
*** Part-time staff receive complimentary memberships and discounted rates for child care and most programs.
