Location: Carrollton, TX
- Shift: Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM-4:00 PM
- Pay Rate: $18.00-$20.00 per hour (based on experience and client interview)

Job Summary
Our client in Carrollton, TX is seeking detail-oriented Cable Assemblers to join their manufacturing team. This position involves assembling fiber optic cables using small components and specialized assembly techniques.
Key Responsibilities
- Assemble fiber optic cable components according to work instructions and production specifications.
- Perform braiding, shielding, and end connector installation on fiber optic cable assemblies.
- Work with small parts and delicate components while maintaining quality standards.
- Inspect completed assemblies for accuracy and workmanship.
- Use hand tools and assembly equipment safely and effectively.
Required Experience
- Minimum 1-2 years of assembly experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
- Experience assembling small parts or electronic components.
- Fiber optic or cable assembly experience (or closely related precision assembly experience)
- Braiding, shielding, and end connector installation
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
