Circle B the most trusted manufactured home dealer in Central Florida is adding to our sales team in Ocala. We are searching for driven sales professionals to help buyers navigate the unique process of purchasing a mobile home. We offer full training & competitive pay.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accountable to show homes, select options and assist in coordinating home completion.
- Responsible to submit applications for approval, prepare home orders/contracts orders, and coordinate closings.
- Previous experience with direct sales required.
- Must have a professional appearance.
- Deliver a superior customer experience and guide customers on their mobile home buying journey.
- Bi-lingual a plus.
- Effective communications skills both written & verbal.
- Manage model homes during all hours of operation; including weekends.
- Basic computer knowledge & skills.
- Maintain good organization for paperwork.

$5000 SIGN ON BONUS PROGRAM
This is a full time, draw against commission paid position.
Pay: $90,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
