Job Overview
We are seeking a talented Jewelry Goldsmith to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a keen eye for detail, exceptional craftsmanship, and a passion for creating and repairing fine jewelry. This role involves fabricating, and restoring jewelry pieces with precision and artistry, ensuring each item meets our high standards of quality. The Jewelry Goldsmith will collaborate closely with our sales teams to repair or redesign client's jewelry so it can be loved and worn for many years and generations to come.
Responsibilities
- Craft, assemble, and repair jewelry pieces using traditional goldsmithing techniques and modern tools
- Select appropriate materials, including precious metals and gemstones, ensuring quality standards are met
- Maintain a clean, organized workspace adhering to safety protocols and industry best practices
- Perform detailed finishing work including polishing, setting stones, and engraving to achieve high-quality results
Experience
- Proven experience as a goldsmith or jewelry maker with a strong portfolio demonstrating craftsmanship in fine jewelry repair
- Skilled in traditional techniques such as soldering, stone setting, engraving, and sewing machine use for textile accents when applicable
- Familiarity with product lifecycle management processes within the jewelry industry
- Ability to communicate effectively across cross-functional teams including sales, design, and retail staff

Pay: $40,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
