Duties
- Analyze inventory utilization reports and forecast inventory requirements for prescription and OTC products.
- Coordinate inventory replenishment and communicate with suppliers to maintain product availability.
- Review sales and inventory data to identify purchasing trends and prepare management reports.
- Assist management in evaluating pricing trends, competitors, and retail market conditions.
- Maintain operational records, inventory documentation, and transaction reports.
- Prepare operational and inventory performance reports for management review.
- Coordinate merchandising and promotional displays to support sales objectives.
- Monitor compliance with company policies and inventory control procedures.
- Assist in evaluating vendor performance and procurement efficiency.
- Develop recommendations to improve operational efficiency and inventory utilization.
- Analyze workflows and recommend process improvements.
- Participate in short-term and long-term operational planning for pharmacy services.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree is required in Pharmacy or PharmD or Pharmaceutical Science or Pharmocology/Toxicology
- Proven expertise in managed care practices and operations
- Strong knowledge of pharmacology and medical terminology relevant to critical care environments
- Excellent communication skills combined with the ability to lead teams effectively in high-pressure situations
