Our immediate needs are for individuals with Sunday and evening availability who have the potential to be trained into a leadership position. --Qualifications for OUAC Experienced Sales Associate Position:
*Previous experience in a customer-service industry; retail preferred.
*Leadership experience is preferred, but potential is required.
*Positive, energetic work ethic.
*Helpful & social toward customers.
*Detail-Oriented.
*Able to multi-task well.
*Weekend shifts are mandatory for all employees. Please do not apply for this position if you do not currently have Sunday availability, as we are specifically hiring for individuals to train for leadership on that particular day of the week at this time.
--Responsibilities for OUAC Experienced Sales Associate Position:
*Cash Register / Sales
*Workplace Organization and Maintenance
*Sorting Merchandise for Inventory
*Buying Merchandise to add to Inventory
*Tagging & Hanging Inventory
*Able to be a Pace-Setter; we use a lead-by-example format in our store, so setting a good pace and having a great attitude with both customers and fellow co-workers is required for any potential promotion into a leadership position.
