Full Time Maintenance Technician for large apt. community - Must have prior apartment industry experience. Must have experience in basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry and HVAC. HVAC certification not required but prefered. Must be able to pass drug screen and criminal background check. Will rotate on-call schedule every other week once trained.

As an Experienced Maintenance Tech, you will be essential in ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities through effective maintenance and repair tasks. Reporting to the Facilities Manager, you will utilize your core skills in mechanical knowledge and facilities maintenance, while also leveraging your premium skills in electrical experience. Your expertise in plumbing, carpentry, and HVAC certification will be vital in addressing various maintenance challenges. With a focus on quality service and leadership, you will contribute significantly to maintaining a safe and efficient working environment.
