Job Description
Work in shop performing a variety of jobs. Main emphasis on oxyacetylene brazing, cutting, bending , hole drilling, layout. some mechanical pump work, electrical wiring.
In house responsibilities
- Copper brazing, layout
- Assembling & Disassembling equipment/panels
- Plumbing: Including threading brass, rubber hose/various machines
- Electrical wiring (terminations, install wireways, and wire numbering)
- Driving parts to job sites
- Assist shipping department
- Assist On-Site Services for Customers
- Mechanical installation & repair of items and equipment ranging from circuit breaker panels, power supply assemblies, heat station components to pump stations and hydraulic furnace systems.
Requirements
- May require up to 10% travel, Industrial plant field work with Phoenix personnel
- The Technician will be responsible for supplying their own tool box and hand tools for in-house and field service work.
Qualification
- Some brazing electrical and/or plumbing experience helpful
- Experience using Hand Tools and Power Tools effectively and safely
- Be professional in dealing with the customers
Good driving record
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $21.00 - $25.00 per hour
