Sammy's inside Stones Gambling Hall and is looking for a FOH Manager to join our management team! Sammy's operates a full, family-friendly restaurant as well as provides food and beverage service to the players inside the attached non-smoking card room.
The restaurant is open standard breakfast-dinner hours but the kitchen does provide F&B to the players 24 hours.
A perfect candidate has years of experience operating a restaurant and is responsible for overseeing all aspects including interviewing, coaching and disciplining staff; purchasing food and beverage, supplies and equipment; and dealing with suppliers and vendors. A Manager also oversees the upkeep of the dining areas, kitchen, and exterior grounds; scheduling of staff; budgeting/forecasting, payroll review and P&L statement review. The Manager will be on the restaurant floor during their shift, and is willing to work weekends, holidays, etc. The perfect candidate will interact with customers to build relationships to create regulars.
