Responsibilities
- Engage in direct sales efforts to promote the Military Rewards Program to local businesses.
- Conduct cold calling to establish relationships with potential partners and clients.
- Collaborate with team members to develop effective sales strategies that resonate with the military community.
- Analyze market trends to identify opportunities for outreach and partnership growth.
- Manage territory effectively, ensuring all potential clients are reached and supported.
- Upsell services to existing partners, enhancing their engagement with the veteran community.
- Provide exceptional customer service to both veterans and business partners, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in direct sales, preferably within community-focused or veteran support sectors.
- Strong customer service skills to foster positive relationships with clients and partners.
- Ability to analyze market data and trends for strategic decision-making.
- Experience in technical sales or collaboration sales is a plus.
- Familiarity with territory management practices is beneficial but not required.
- Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with diverse stakeholders.
