Shift Schedule
Schedule Flexibility: Saturday shifts are mandatory during customer-dictated peak weeks. When a Saturday shift is required, your schedule swaps to a Tuesday through Saturday rotation for that week.
Coverage Requirements: Will cross-train to occasionally cover the night shift strictly on an as-needed basis (e.g., when the night supervisor is on vacation or out sick).
Job Summary
The Transportation Dispatch Coordinator manages the daily scheduling, tracking, and compliance of our dedicated fleet. This role focuses heavily on driver relations, Geotab tracking, route documentation, and seamless communication with both internal teams and our primary customer.
