Resolve Harmony is seeking a compassionate, organized, and customer-focused Admissions Coordinator to join our growing behavioral health team in Phoenix, Arizona. As the first point of contact for prospective clients and referral sources, you will play a vital role in guiding individuals through the admissions process while providing exceptional customer service and support.

The Admissions Coordinator is responsible for managing the intake and admissions process from the initial inquiry through admission. This role involves conducting pre-screenings, verifying insurance benefits, coordinating with clinical staff, maintaining accurate documentation, and ensuring a seamless admission experience for clients and their families.
Schedule
- Serve as the primary point of contact for prospective clients, families, referral sources, and community partners.
- Answer incoming calls and respond promptly to admission inquiries.
- Conduct initial intake assessments and gather necessary demographic and clinical information.
- Verify insurance eligibility and benefits.
- Coordinate admissions with clinical, nursing, and operations teams.
- Schedule assessments and admissions while maintaining timely communication with all parties.
- Maintain accurate and confidential client records in the electronic health record (EHR).
- Build and maintain positive relationships with referral partners and healthcare professionals.
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
- Participate in rotating on-call admissions coverage as needed.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Minimum of one (1) year of admissions, intake, healthcare, behavioral health, or customer service experience preferred.
- Knowledge of insurance verification and authorization processes is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and electronic health record systems.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
