Position Summary
The Shift Leader oversees daily operations in the absence of the General and Assistant General Manager, ensuring smooth and efficient shifts.
Key Responsibilities

Demonstrate strong menu and product knowledge.

Lead and manage a team of 2-5 crew members during shifts.

Act as a key holder and perform opening and closing tasks, ensuring accuracy and efficiency

Thrive in a fast-paced environment while providing effective communication with guests and team members.

Participate in training programs and continuously develop skills.

Maintain reliability and adherence to scheduling requirements.
Qualifications

Minimum 1 year of restaurant experience, preferably as a shift lead

Ability to work 2 morning (opening) and 2 night (closing) shifts

Proven ability to efficiently multi-task and lead teams in a fast-paced environment

Excellent communication and organizational abilities

Must be 18 years of age or older
