What You'll Do
As a Multiple Restaurant Supervisor, you will:

Provide leadership, coaching, and strategic direction to multiple restaurants.

Develop and mentor managers and crew to achieve outstanding results.

Meet and exceed sales, profit, and customer satisfaction goals.

Drive operational excellence through Quality, Service, and Cleanliness (QSC).

Analyze operational reports and lead action plans for continuous improvement.

Serve as a role model and ambassador of both McDonald’s and Bronson values.

Build strong relationships with your teams, the local community, and corporate partners.

Travel regularly to your assigned locations to support, train, and guide teams.

Communicate effectively with executive leadership, restaurant management, crew, and external partners.

Required Experience

Minimum 5 years as a General Manager, Supervisor, or District Manager in quick-service or foodservice industry.

McDonald’s experience required.

Hamburger University graduate required.

Multi-unit management experience preferred.

Bilingual candidates are strongly preferred.
