Duties
- Provide outstanding customer service via phone, email, and in person using multi-line phone systems and professional phone etiquette
- Manage front desk operations, including greeting visitors, answering inquiries, and directing calls promptly
- Utilize computer literacy and productivity software such as Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and QuickBooks to document interactions, update records, and perform data entry tasks
- Handle clerical responsibilities such as filing, proofreading documents, scheduling appointments, and calendar management
- Support office management activities by organizing files, managing supplies, and maintaining efficient workflow processes
- Assist with bookkeeping tasks including basic data entry and record keeping to ensure accurate financial documentation
- Demonstrate technical proficiency with office equipment and software to streamline daily operations
Experience
- Previous office experience or administrative support roles preferred; experience as a dental or medical receptionist is a plus
- Strong customer service background with excellent communication skills in bilingual settings is highly desirable
- Familiarity with front desk procedures, clerical tasks, and office management practices required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), Google Workspace tools (Docs, Sheets), and data entry systems essential
- Experience using multi-line phone systems and managing calendar schedules effectively
- Knowledge of bookkeeping or QuickBooks is advantageous for handling financial records accurately
- Demonstrated organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently while managing time effectively
