We are looking for a dependable, organized, and detail-oriented person to assist with basic accounting, administrative work, and day-to-day support.
This is not an advanced bookkeeping or accounting position. We are not looking for a CPA or someone with years of high-level accounting experience. Most of the accounting responsibilities involve straightforward QuickBooks entry, accounts payable and receivable, running basic reports, and keeping financial information organized.
The other side of the position is administrative support. We are looking for someone who can help keep things organized, follow up on outstanding items, schedule meetings, make phone calls, handle basic correspondence, organize documents, and generally help make sure things don't fall through the cracks.
The ideal person is someone who is smart, reliable, comfortable with computers, good with numbers, and naturally organized. Previous QuickBooks or office experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right person.
