Job Overview
We are seeking an energetic and customer-focused Quick Lube Service Advisor to join our dynamic automotive team. In this role, you will be the key point of contact for customers seeking quick, efficient oil changes and basic vehicle maintenance services. Your enthusiasm and mechanical knowledge will ensure customers receive exceptional service, while your ability to upsell and communicate effectively will drive shop productivity and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assess their vehicle needs with enthusiasm and professionalism
- Explain recommended services clearly, including oil changes, tire rotations, fluid top-offs, and basic inspections
- Upsell additional maintenance services such as filters, wipers, or minor repairs to maximize customer value and shop revenue
- Utilize estimating software to prepare accurate work orders and service estimates
- Communicate effectively with technicians regarding vehicle diagnostics, repairs needed, and service timelines
- Handle cash transactions accurately and manage customer payments efficiently
- Maintain detailed records of services performed and ensure all documentation complies with dealership standards
- Provide excellent client communication by explaining vehicle conditions and recommended services in an understandable manner
Experience
- Automotive diagnostics knowledge combined with mechanic experience enhances customer trust and service quality
- Dealership experience or background in automotive repair, collision repair, or auto body repair is a plus
- Strong understanding of automotive systems including transmissions, brakes, suspensions, air brakes, alignments, shocks & struts, diesel engine repair, tire service, and oil changes
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally with clients from diverse backgrounds
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

Pay: $21.00 - $23.00 per hour
