We are seeking a passionate and skilled Manicurist and Nail Technician to join our vibrant beauty team! Responsibilities
- Perform a variety of nail services such as manicures, pedicures, gel nails, acrylics, and nail art with precision and attention to detail
- Maintain strict sanitation and disinfection procedures to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff
- Provide personalized consultations to recommend suitable nail treatments and colors based on client preferences and skin tones
- Stay updated on the latest trends in nail design, color theory, and industry techniques to offer innovative services
- Assist with maintaining a clean, organized workspace that adheres to health regulations and safety standards
- Engage with clients professionally to build lasting relationships through excellent communication skills and attentive service
Qualifications
- Proven experience working as a manicurist or nail technician within the beauty industry; certification in cosmetology or esthetician license preferred
- Strong knowledge of sanitation practices, disinfection procedures, and safety standards in nail care
- Familiarity with advanced treatments such as eyelash extensions, body waxing, hair styling, hair extensions, dermabrasion, laser treatments, hair threading, barbering techniques, and retail sales is a plus
- Ability to demonstrate excellent communication skills to understand client needs and provide clear explanations of services offered
- Knowledge of color theory for creating customized nail art designs that complement client preferences
- Passion for continuous learning about new trends in the beauty industry and a commitment to professional growth
