We are seeking a Therapist to provide counseling and behavioral health services in the Tyler area. This position offers an opportunity to work with individuals and families while providing supportive, client-centered care.
Responsibilities
Provide individual, family, and/or group therapy.
Complete assessments and treatment plans.
Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation.
Monitor client progress and adjust treatment as appropriate.
Provide support during behavioral or emotional challenges.
Coordinate with other members of the care team as needed.
Minimum Qualifications
Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field.
Current Texas clinical license or eligible Texas license, such as LPC, LCSW, or LMFT.
Ability to complete required background screening.
Preferred
Experience providing behavioral health services.
Experience working with children, adolescents, or families.
Strong communication and documentation skills.
