Role Description
This is a full-time, exempt, remote role for a Workers' Compensation Attorney. The attorney will manage a caseload of GA workers’ compensation matters from inception through resolution, provide legal guidance to clients, develop case strategies, negotiate settlements, and represent clients throughout the claims process.
Our attorneys are supported by dedicated case managers who handle day-to-day client communication, follow-ups, administrative tasks, and case coordination. This structure allows attorneys to focus on legal strategy, advocacy, and achieving the best possible outcomes for their clients while remaining actively involved in the client experience.
This role is ideal for an attorney who is proactive, strategic, and collaborative, and who values autonomy in managing their caseload while having the support of a strong team.
Qualifications
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an ABA-approved law school.
- Active member in good standing with the Georgia Bar.
- Experience handling GA workers' compensation claimant cases from intake through settlement/litigation is required.
- Excellent research, drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills
- Self-starting with the ability to think independently and manage priorities effectively
- High level of professionalism, motivation, and client service
- Comfortable and effective working in a fully remote environment
