Allied OneSource is hiring School Occupational Therapists (OTs) for the 2026–2027 school year! Join our team as a contracted provider supporting partner school districts across Kent, Washington. We have full-time opportunities available across all grade levels. What You’ll Do
- Provide school-based occupational therapy services to students with diverse needs
- Evaluate students and develop individualized treatment plans aligned with IEP goals
- Support fine motor, sensory processing, and self-regulation skill development
- Collaborate with teachers, special education teams, and families
- Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with all regulations
- Adapt classroom materials and environments to support student success
What You Need
- Active Washington State Occupational Therapist license (required)
- Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy
- NBCOT certification (required)
- School-based or pediatric experience preferred
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Passion for supporting student independence and growth
