Duties
- Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and in-person interactions
- Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally and efficiently
- Assist customers with product inquiries, orders, and issue resolution
- Process transactions accurately, including cash handling when necessary
- Analyze customer needs to offer appropriate solutions
- Maintain a high level of client service and satisfaction
- Utilize strong phone etiquette and communication skills
Qualifications
- Fluency in both English and Spanish is required
- Previous experience in customer support or call center environment is preferred
- Ability to handle cash transactions with accuracy
- Strong analytical skills to assess customer needs effectively
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on problem-solving
- Proficiency in outbound calling for follow-ups and customer outreach
