Position Overview
The Tax Manager will oversee the tax compliance and planning functions for our clients, ensuring that all tax returns are filed accurately and on time. This role will also involve managing a team of tax professionals, providing training and guidance, and delivering exceptional service to our clients in various industries.
Key Responsibilities-
Manage the preparation and review of federal and state tax returns for individuals, corporations, and partnerships.

Develop and implement tax strategies to minimize tax liabilities for clients.

Ensure compliance with all tax regulations and laws, providing guidance on tax-related issues.

Lead and mentor a team of tax professionals, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.

Conduct tax research and analysis to support tax positions taken by clients and identify potential tax savings opportunities.

Monitor changes in tax laws and regulations, advising clients on the impact of such changes.
Qualifications-
CPA certification is required.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in public accounting with a focus on tax.

Proven experience in people management and training of junior staff.

Strong background in preparing and reviewing tax returns and conducting tax research.

Experience in tax accounting practices and principles.

Familiarity with various industries, including manufacturing, real estate, construction, and professional services.
