WeEvolve Network is seeking a compassionate, dependable, and motivated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team for a daytime daycare-based ABA case.
Schedule:
- Monday–Friday
- 8:00 AM start time
- 2-hour client nap period: 12:00 PM – 2:00 PM
This position provides 25 billable therapy hours per week. During the client’s scheduled nap from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM, direct ABA services are not provided.
Responsibilities:
- Implement individualized ABA treatment plans under BCBA supervision.
- Collect accurate session data and complete documentation.
- Build positive rapport with the client, family, and daycare staff.
- Maintain professionalism and follow all ethical and company guidelines.
Qualifications:
- Active RBT certification (required).
- Reliable transportation.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with the clinical team.
