Overview
TR3 Racing is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to join our fast-paced operations team. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating the movement of equipment, vehicle parts, racing components, and inventory to support our performance automotive and motorsports operations. Responsibilities
- Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments of automotive parts, equipment, and materials
- Schedule deliveries, pickups, and transportation to support shop operations and racing events
- Track shipments and maintain accurate logistics and inventory records
- Communicate with vendors, suppliers, carriers, and internal teams to ensure timely deliveries
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with stock replenishment planning
- Prepare shipping documentation, purchase orders, and receiving records
- Resolve shipping discrepancies, delays, and inventory issues efficiently
- Maintain an organized warehouse and storage environment while following safety procedures
- Support event logistics, including transportation planning for vehicles, equipment, and race-related assets
Requirements
- Previous experience in logistics, shipping and receiving, inventory coordination, or supply chain operations
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with inventory management systems and Microsoft Office applications
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to lift and move materials as needed
- Reliable, proactive, and team-oriented
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in automotive, motorsports, manufacturing, or warehouse environments
- Knowledge of shipping carriers, freight coordination, and inventory control procedures
- Forklift certification or warehouse equipment experience (a plus)
- Familiarity with ERP, inventory, or logistics management software

Pay: $25.21 - $28.20 per hour
