About the Opportunity:

Schedule: Monday through Friday

Hours: 8:30 AM - 3:30 PM

Setting: Outpatient day program
Responsibilities:

Provide on-site nursing support for participants in a low-acuity day program environment

Assess and respond to walk-ins, minor complaints, and basic health concerns

Monitor participant health and safety throughout the day

Complete basic documentation and case notes as needed

Serve as a clinical resource to program staff and escalate concerns appropriately
Qualifications:

Active Registered Nurse licensure

Experience providing clinical oversight, monitoring, or basic nursing support in a structured or low-acuity setting

Ability to work independently as the sole nurse on site

Strong reliability, punctuality, and accountability
Desired Skills:

Experience with IDD, OPWDD, or day habilitation programs
