Responsibilities

- Manage inventory control, including ordering supplies, monitoring stock levels, and minimizing waste to optimize food costs
- Develop and implement menu planning strategies that align with culinary trends and customer preferences
- Ensure strict adherence to food safety regulations and sanitation standards across all kitchen operations
- Coordinate with catering and banquet teams to deliver seamless large-scale events with exceptional service
- Supervise shift management, including scheduling staff, assigning tasks, and maintaining smooth workflow during busy periods

- Proven supervising experience in a fast-paced kitchen setting with team management responsibilities
