We are seeking a Hygienist to help our clinical team deliver excellent oral care to our awesome patients.
The ideal candidate has a passion for serving the special needs population, and experience working in a caring, professional environment. Key characteristics include high personal motivation, strong teamwork orientation, and excellent communication skills. Above all, we need candidates with a passion for serving people with disabilities, who will demonstrate the initiative to go above and beyond in order to help create great experiences for our patients.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver clinical excellence in a caring manner
- Coordinate with clinical and administrative team to ensure a great patient experience
Necessary Characteristics:
- Great at communicating treatment plans with patients and parents
- Make patients feel comfortable and JOYFUL in our office
- Take photos, encourage parents to share their experiences with friends, including through social media
- Be a leader through your example, for our assistants and other team members
Job Physical Requirements:
- Standing and moving for up to 8 hours a day
