Join our dynamic cleaning team as a Cleaning Crew Member and play a vital role in maintaining a safe, hygienic, and welcoming environment. As a Cleaning Crew Member, you will be responsible for executing cleaning tasks efficiently while adhering to safety standards and quality expectations.
Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of all designated areas, including floors, restrooms, offices, and common spaces using appropriate tools and cleaning agents
- Maintain cleanliness of surfaces, windows, and fixtures to uphold high standards of hygiene and appearance
- Dispose of waste properly and ensure recycling protocols are followed
- Restock supplies such as paper towels, soap dispensers, and toilet paper to ensure availability at all times
- Follow safety procedures during cleaning activities to prevent accidents and maintain a safe work environment
- Report any maintenance issues or damages discovered during cleaning to the supervisor promptly
- Assist with special cleaning projects or deep-cleaning tasks as assigned to support overall facility upkeep

- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to thoroughness in every task
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while managing time effectively
- Physical stamina to stand, bend, lift, and perform repetitive motions throughout shifts
- Good communication skills for clear reporting and team collaboration
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and proper handling procedures (training provided if needed)
- Reliability and punctuality are essential for maintaining consistent coverage
- Prior experience in commercial or janitorial cleaning is a plus but not required; willingness to learn is highly valued
