Our team is adding one person in the Omaha area. This is a full-time, in-person role centered on the relationships you build with the owners of small and medium-sized businesses across the metro. You spend your time on the ground meeting people in their offices.
The work is straightforward. You meet with business owners and help them put real protection in place for the people on their teams. You build relationships that grow alongside you. You learn a process that gets you producing income early and keeps you producing as the years compound.
The agreement on our side is a development plan that is taken seriously, performance-based bonuses that scale with your output, and a clear path to leadership for the people who earn the next step. The strongest people in this role earn six figures during a standard work week.
The fit on our side is someone coachable, someone competitive without needing to win at someone else's expense, and someone who actually likes the people they work with. Sales experience is helpful, but not required.
