Role Overview
As a Production and Assembly Technician, your primary objective is to ensure products are built with precision and speed, strictly adhering to safety and quality protocols. You will utilize blueprints, work orders, and verbal guidance to execute assembly, packaging, and shipping preparation tasks. We are seeking a detail-focused individual with strong mechanical aptitude who thrives in a dynamic manufacturing setting.
Core Duties-
Analyze assembly drawings, work orders, and verbal directions to ensure precise product construction.

Execute assembly tasks in a timely manner to ensure we meet our daily production targets and customer deadlines.

Conduct manual and shop-floor assembly of various products and accessories.

Gather necessary components from inventory to facilitate the completion of production tasks.

Organize your daily workload based on supervisor guidance and production schedules.

Arrange your workstation and manage tasks to adapt to shifting production priorities.

Utilize hand and power tools, such as torque-controlled drills and wrenches, in a safe manner.

Move between different stations to help build team versatility and support various production needs.

Examine finished assemblies to verify workmanship and quality prior to the packaging phase.

Pack completed goods according to customer requirements and established work instructions.

Document production data and label finished items to ensure accurate record-keeping.

Organize finished goods for transport and collaborate with the shipping team.

Uphold a tidy and orderly workspace to help foster a safer environment for all staff.

Adhere to all safety protocols and ESD protection guidelines.

Engage in team meetings and improvement initiatives to help drive operational success.

Qualifications-
A high school diploma or GED is preferred.

Prior experience in a warehouse, assembly, or production role is advantageous.

A demonstrated ability to interpret assembly drawings and work instructions is preferred.

Practical experience operating power and hand tools within a manufacturing setting.

Strong attention to detail paired with basic mechanical skills.

Capability to function effectively both as an individual contributor and within a team.

A flexible attitude toward cross-training across different production departments.
Physical Demands-
Capacity to remain standing or walking for long durations.
