Job Description:
We’re hiring a Crew Leader to lead and manage our hood and duct cleaning jobs. The ideal candidate is responsible, hands-on, physically fit, and ready to lead a small team to get the job done right. This is a leadership role for someone who can ensure safety, quality, and customer satisfaction on every job.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee hood & duct cleaning jobs from start to finish
- Operate and maintain cleaning equipment (van and tools provided)
- Ensure job site safety, cleanliness, and code compliance
- Inspect work and complete post-job reporting
- Communicate professionally with customers
- Climb ladders and access rooftops for system inspections and cleaning
- Work mostly during off-hours when restaurants are closed
Requirements:
- Strong leadership and customer service skills
- Physically able to lift equipment and climb ladders
- Valid driver’s license with clean record
- Willing to work flexible, overnight schedules
- Detail-oriented and safety-conscious
